While many attendees and viewers of this year’s 2018 Golden Globe Awards were focused on the latest controversy swirling around Hollywood, hard-working creatives were pleased to have their efforts recognized for excellence. Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA, is pleased to have graduates who continually invest in all areas of artistic expression, within careers that span the global marketplace.

“We take pride in knowing that the journey from classroom to international awards stage is made possible by the Academy’s specialized schools in art and design, as well as the faculty’s continuing connections to the film industry,” says a university Rep.

Our faculty consists of working creatives who are actively engaged in the industries for which they teach, lending current, first-hand experience to their classroom instruction. Dr. Richard A. Stephens, Chairman Emeritus of Academy of Art University, put it this way: “Artists teaching artists. Instructors instructing the truth. That’s honesty and integrity, and Academy of Art University stands for these principles.
